Please note that there is an additional booking fee when booking online, to cover the cost of providing this service.

PHONE (01223) 357851

Should the line be engaged or if you are on hold, we would ask you to please be patient. We expect a large number of calls, particularly in the first few days of booking. Ensuring customers have the correct information and have booked the correct tickets can be time consuming. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro.

WITHDRAWAL OF PERSONAL BOOKING
Due to improvements in online booking and previous problems associated with queuing, personal booking is no longer available to non-Cambridge City residents. A detailed explanation of the reasons for this decision can be found under Tickets/FAQ on this website. If you are not a Cambridge City resident do not travel to the Box Office, as you will not be able to buy any tickets in person. A Cambridge City resident is defined as a person living within the Cambridge Billing Authority area, where Council tax is paid to Cambridge City Council.

RESTRICTIONS ON THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS YOU CAN BUY
To minimise ticket touting and help ensure that tickets are distributed fairly, the following restrictions apply:

· A maximum combination of 4 adult or young people's tickets, per person or per booking.

· A maximum of 1 camping ticket per Full Festival ticket.

· A maximum of 4 children's tickets per adult ticket.

POSTAGE
All tickets will be sent by Special Delivery postage, to ensure tickets arrive safely to the correct person. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. The Festival will not accept any responsibility for, nor will they replace or refund lost, undelivered or stolen tickets.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Help us to stamp out ticket touting. If you have purchased a ticket and are no longer able to attend, you can obtain a refund, provided that your tickets are returned to the Box Office by 1 July. Returned tickets will go on sale on 7 July; please do not request them beforehand. Details of the number of returned tickets and how to purchase them will be published on our website on 4 July.

TICKET AVAILABILITY
Demand for tickets far outstrips their availability so it is inevitable that some people will be disappointed. Whilst we appreciate that uncertainty about being able to obtain a ticket is frustrating, we would ask all customers to please be patient during the booking process.
